How To Order1. Place items in your shopping cart.When you see an item you'd like to purchase, simply click "Add to Basket" next to the item. That puts the item in your shopping cart and takes you to the Shopping Cart page, where you'll be able to view the items you've added to your cart. You can also change the quantity of each item you've selected and remove items, if you want. From your cart, you can either check out or continue to shop. 2. Go to Checkout.When you're ready to place an order for everything in your shopping cart click "Checkout." You will be taken to the Customer Account page. Here you can create a new account, login to your account or place an order without an account. The advantage of having an account is to save having to re-enter your information each time you place an order. (Your credit card information is never stored in this manner. This is only for billing and shipping information.) 3. Enter your shipping and billing address(es).Enter the shipping address where you would like to have your order shipped. If different, enter the billing address as it appears on your credit card statement. If the two addresses are the same, just skip the right side of the screen. It will be filled in automatically for you. 4. Enter your shipping and payment information.Select an option for how you would like us to ship your order. Shipping costs are precalculated for you. Please note that shipping costs may be higher outside the US.
Select your credit card type, enter your credit card holder's name, credit card number, and expiration date. 5. Review and Submit Order.Once you have completed the order process and have reviewed the items to be ordered, click the "Submit Order" button. You will then be taken to the receipt screen. Please print this screen for your records. You will be sent a confirmation email when your order has been shipped. 6. Track Your Order.After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Sweeney Ridge. Once your product has been shipped, you will also receive an email confirming the ship date. If you would like to track your product, email us at info(at)SweeneyRidge.com for your tracking number to use on UPS's website. If you would like to cancel your order before it enters the shipping process call us at (603)356-5058 or email us at info(at)SweeneyRidge.com and request that your order be cancelled. Payment OptionsWe accept the following major credit cards issued by U.S. banks: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept debit cards (also called check cards, ATM cards or banking cards) but only those with a Visa or MasterCard logo on the front. We're sorry, but at this time we do not accept checks, money orders or credit cards issued by foreign (non-U.S.) banks. Please do not send cash. Sales TaxSweeney Ridge does not add sales tax to their orders.
